EP5K

Took part in my first 5k run today!!! It was awesome. I don't know if the time was conducive though(7 am); it was freezing cold! But I ran and more importantly, finished it! With an hour and a half sleep the night before, I took over that 3 miles like it was nothing. Ok enough bragging, because now I feel the pain, and so I am off to sleep.
